How I Got Here

I grew up in the Yakima Valley, went to Central Washington University, and started in commercial lending in 2018. By 2019, I added a real estate license because I kept running into deals where the financing side and the property side weren't talking to each other.

Seven years later, that dual perspective is the foundation of everything I do. I've built a practice around being the one person who understands both sides of a transaction — so nothing gets lost between the lender and the deal.

Advice First

“Lead with clarity and deal risk mitigation, not commission urgency.”

My approach is simple: if a deal doesn't make sense, I'll tell you. If there's a better path, I'll find it — even if it means less business for me in the short term.

That's not a tagline. It's how I've built a business on repeat clients and referrals. People come back because I gave them honest advice the first time.

Beyond the Deal

I'm Catholic, a member of the Militia Immaculata, married to Jess, and dad to our daughter Sophia. We live in Bothell, Washington.

When I'm not working deals, I'm training (strength and boxing), writing, or hosting Advice from the Deal Room — a podcast where I break down real deals and real lessons from commercial financing.
